At Diamond Star Care Services we recognise that our staff are our greatest asset. We believe they are the most important people in our Company and, that by looking after them, they will look after our business and most importantly look after you.

Our staff take part in a thorough induction training program followed by specific training modules based on their individual training needs.

We have trained staff who meet our home care service users, prior to commencing service to agree the care needs requirements of service users and assess each individual before service is offered including aspects such as when the service will begin and the times, frequency and duration of care to be provided.

Diamond Star Care Services staff  are supervised and supported to provide a quality service to a wide range of vulnerable people who need care and support whilst living in their own homes, ensuring

  • Service users are treated with respect and valued as a person and their right to privacy is upheld.
  • Service users are assisted to make their own decisions and control their own lives and are supported in maintaining their independence.
  • All service users are treated equally and protected against any form of discrimination.
